Introduction
Welcome to SHRP. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, stayshrp.com.au (the "Site"), and the purchase and use of our products. By accessing the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

1.1 Account Creation. To make a purchase, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2. Products and Orders

2.1 Product Descriptions. We strive to accurately describe our products. However, subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we do not warrant that product descriptions, nutritional information, or other content on the Site are error-free.
2.2 Order Acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or problems identified by our fraud prevention systems.
2.3 Pricing and Payment. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees.
2.4 Subscription Services. If you select a subscription option, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel or modify a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

3. Product Use and Safety

3.1 Usage Guidelines. SHRP is a high-performance functional beverage containing caffeine and nootropics. You agree to consume the product responsibly and in accordance with the recommended serving size (maximum 1–2 bottles per day).
3.2 Health Disclaimer. SHRP is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine. If you have a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use.
3.3 Adverse Reactions. While formulated with safe, food-grade ingredients, SHRP is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from misuse, excessive consumption, or individual sensitivities/allergies that are not disclosed as common allergens.

4. Shipping and Returns

4.1 Shipping. We ship to addresses within Australia provided by you at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers (e.g., Australia Post).
4.2 Return Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Focus Guarantee: For first-time customers, we offer a refund on your first case if you are unsatisfied, provided you notify us within 30 days.

• Change of Mind: For repeat orders, we accept returns of unopened cases within 30 days of delivery.
  4.3 Refunds. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SHRP (Morsel Design Pty Ltd or associated entity) and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
5.2 Limited License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of the Site. You may not use our branding or content for commercial purposes without express written consent.

6. User Content

6.1 Reviews and Submissions. By submitting reviews, comments, or content to the Site, you grant SHRP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes.
6.2 Prohibited Content. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent.

7. Privacy

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHRP, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
10.2 Dispute Process. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
