Our Approach
We experienced the afternoon slump. Not tired enough to stop. Not sharp enough to keep going. Just stuck in that weird middle where everything feels harder than it should. We tried the usual stuff. More coffee. Energy drinks. It helped for a bit, then it didn’t. Half the time it just made us feel on edge and worse later. What frustrated us most was that the work still needed doing.
Life didn’t slow down just because our focus disappeared. So we started talking about it. About how normal that slump had become. About how strange it was that the only “solutions” made things messier, not clearer. At some point it turned from a complaint into a question: What if WE could create the solution? SHRP came out of that question. Just from trying to make our own days work better.

Our Experience
A performance coach and an emergency responder with a shared obsession: hacking the mechanics of human focus.
Dylan comes from a coaching background and works closely with people trying to improve their health and unlock their full potential. But he needed something for himself too.
Long days, training, and staying switched on 24/7 for others exposed the same gap he kept seeing in clients: a drop in focus without the option to slow down. That experience influenced how SHRP was built, so it works alongside healthy, productive routines rather than cutting across them.
Kelton brings the pressure-tested mindset of an emergency responder. Frustrated by "energy" products that caused jitters when calm precision was needed, he focused on operations and compliance to build a tool that performs under stress.
His background ensures SHRP is safe, effective, and ready for high-stakes environments.
